Early access agreement

What a design partner agrees to before using a StratiqAI workspace during early access.

Early access

This agreement covers early access to StratiqAI at https://stratiqai-agents.com. It applies to the person who creates a workspace and to anyone that workspace invites.

This text is version 2026-10-09. It adds the commitments below to the website terms and privacy policy. If a signed agreement with your organization conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

Human review

Agent output can be incomplete or wrong. You review it before you rely on it, send it outside the workspace, or treat it as a professional conclusion. You remain responsible for judgment, decisions, external communications, and compliance with law, policy, and your own contracts.

StratiqAI does not provide legal, brokerage, appraisal, or investment advice. Messages between agents appear in the workspace thread and are attributed to the agent that sent them.

Where workspace information lives

Instructions you set, and the roster of hired agents, are stored in the StratiqAI control-plane database. That is why they survive an image upgrade, a restart, and a restore. Conversations, and the files the agents keep, live on the encrypted volume for that workspace. They are not shared with another customer.

A nightly archive is copied off Fly to encrypted storage StratiqAI controls, with a full copy each week. Automatic volume snapshots are kept for 60 days. You can export agent memories from the product. Removing an agent attempts that export before the profile is deleted.

Chat sessions stored for the agent are removed on the schedule the plan buys: 90 days on Pro, and one year on Pro Plus. The volume is fixed-size, and those sessions grow faster than anything else on it. The transcript you can read in the app is kept separately from that agent session store.

Trial, cancellation, and deletion

The early access trial is 14 days and requires a card before the workspace is provisioned. The subscription pays for the workspace. Prepaid AI use is a separate balance, shared by every member and every hired agent. The workspace starts with a starter balance, and more can be bought from the Usage page. When that balance runs out, chat stops with a clear message. A workspace that uses its own Anthropic or OpenAI key is not limited by that prepaid balance.

If a payment fails, the agents are parked and chat asks for payment. The volume and its history stay. When payment succeeds, the agents are started again.

If you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. After the subscription is canceled, the workspace and its volume are destroyed at the end of a 7-day grace period. That window is the time to change your mind. You can also destroy the workspace yourself from Settings, which cancels the subscription.

Connected systems

Connecting a system such as email, chat, documents, or a CRM lets the agents use that connection. When the connection allows writing, an agent can send mail or write records in that system. You choose which connections to add, and you are responsible for reviewing anything that leaves the workspace.
